Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm and checkout is by 10am.

Property Access

• Enter the home with one small step onto the flagstone stoop from the paved driveway through the double mahogany doors.
• Access to this home is via all paved roads, with a paved driveway.
• The driveway has a moderate grade down to the parking area; 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months.
• One bay of the garage is available for guest use.

Policies and Rules

• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve; this person must sign the agreement and be part of the traveling party for the reserved dates.
• No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside, as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• This home is not pet friendly. Do not bring pets into this home.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

• Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. Two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

Parking Information

• Off the paved parking area is a double garage. One bay is available for parking; the other bay has been converted into a game room.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Kitchens are stocked with utensils and cooking basics.
• "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These supplies are sufficient for one or two nights.
• Towels and linens provided.
• Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

• Outside surveillance cameras monitor the safety of the property. No cameras are aimed at inside rooms.
• The property is equipped with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector.

Maximum Occupancy, Beds, and Bath

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
• Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed.
• Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath.
